The Municipality of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski is preparing to introduce the "OstraKarta," which is the Ostrowiec Resident Card.

This is one of the tasks outlined as part of the project "Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski – City ReNEWal," implemented by the Municipality of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. It is worth noting that our local government ranked fourth out of 29 winners in the "Local Development" program, receiving over 15 million PLN from the "Norwegian Funds." The total value of the project being implemented in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski is nearly PLN 19 million. - "The main goal of the OstraKarta program is to encourage residents to use the services of municipal units, city-owned companies, and local entrepreneurs by participating in the Municipal Loyalty Program," explains Mayor Jarosław Górczyński. Partners who participate in this initiative will enable their customers to receive discounts on the services they offer. The "OstraKarta" system will include municipal units and companies, including the Municipal Cultural Center, BWA, the City Library, as well as facilities of the Municipal Center for Sports and Recreation and MZK (Municipal Communication Company). It is important to know that participation in the program is free and voluntary. City residents can join the program at any time during its duration. To obtain a card that allows participation in the program, you need to complete a declaration, then present an identity document and confirm the card's receipt. Additionally, a mobile application will be made available to residents.
