We have got it! Beautiful published coursebook of good practices, contains of 120 pages  with hardcover, in two languages. In the coursebook you can find information about cooperation of Sogndal in Norway and Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski in Poland especially concerning creation of Youth City Council, Citizen Budget, Loyalty Card OstraKarta, publications, overcoming Architectural Barriers, Building of Creative and Entrepreneurial Attitudes. Moreover the coursebook presents acitivities carried out by Partners of the project  “Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski- City Reneval”.

We have 6 500 users of loyalty card „OstraKarta” The main goal of the program is development and promotion of the community as a friendly place to settle down. The Loyalty card is a program which is aimed to residents of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski who are registered in the Municipality or pay taxes in the town. The aim of the OstraKarta is strenghtening the feeling of identity of residents . The Municipality prepared special booklet which is helpful for the partners and residentts of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski to register.
