Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski will soon have a Youth City Council.

The recruitment for candidates started on September 11 and will continue until September 25.  Any individual who has turned 13 years old but has not reached 19 years old on the day of the elections, resides in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, and is pursuing education can be a candidate for the council. You can submit your candidacy electronically through the platform for the Youth City Council of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski: mrm.um.ostrowiec.pl. Along with your application, you need to attach a list of support signed by at least 20 individuals between the ages of 13 and 21 who live in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. Today, at 1 PM, there will be a training and informational meeting for interested students and their guardians at the Ostrowiecki Browar Kultury.  Information about this event has been sent to all educational institutions located in the city. - The Youth City Council is not just a playground for council members; the youth's voice is highly significant. It is a priority for the city to ensure that young people want to stay here and return to the city after completing their studies. The goal is for young people to freely express their needs and closely collaborate with both the City Council and the municipal administration, as emphasized by Vice Mayor Artur Łakomiec.
