Arrival of the delegation from Sogndal to Poland

From August 22 to 25, a 17-member delegation from Norway, from the sister city of Sogndal, visited Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. The Norwegian youth, along with their chaperones, had the opportunity to meet with their peers from Ostrowiec. It was a time for exchanging experiences and engaging in serious discussions on a wide range of topics, such as culture, ecology, and education in Poland and Norway. There was also plenty of fun. The guests enjoyed unforgettable experiences, adrenaline, and a great adventure during a visit to the largest rope park in Poland, manual workshops conducted in a professional sculpture and ceramics studio, as well as learning to play the djembe drums. During a city tour, a local guide introduced everyone to the history of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. The Norwegians also participated in the Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Days at the KSZO Municipal Stadium. The Norwegian delegation's stay in our city proved to be a time for integration and experience exchange."
