Young explorer – young programmer
The first 60 young programmers began their programming adventure in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. During the workshops that started in May in Public Primary Schools No. 5 (PSP 5) and No. 7 (PSP 7), the beneficiaries of the project “Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski – miasta OdNowa” (Eng. Ostrowiec Świętokrzystki - City ReNEWal) learned the basic programming concepts, got acquainted with the equipment they will be working on during the next 13 meetings and even built the first devices that they managed to program and launch. Each subsequent meeting brings new programming skills and amazing experiences. After just a few meetings, we can confidently say that we are educating very talented programmers. The workshop is implemented by the Polish Red Cross as part of “Akademia Współczesnego Juniora” (Eng. Modern Junior Academy) funded by the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021.
